ZaaZoom Solutions Welcomes New COO To Oversee Rapidly Expanding Ad Network

February 22, 2007 - Thanks, in part, to the rapid growth of ZaaZoom Solutions, LLC, the company is pleased to announce the addition of veteran technology manager, Moe Tassoudji, to the ZaaZoom corporate family. Mr. Tassoudji joins ZaaZoom as Chief Operating Officer, bringing the company a wealth of experience in both the technology and advertising sectors.

Mr. Tassoudji intensive technology background began at the University of San Diego, where the soon-to-be executive obtained his bachelors degree, with honors, in Business and Computer Science. In 1990, as Mr. Tassoudji was leaving school and beginning his career, he foresaw the broad business potential that would result from deregulation of the telecommunications industry. He joined US Fiberline, helping it to achieve one of the fastest growth rates in the telecom field. After four years, he was recruited by Nationwide Communications, a privately held payphone company based in Michigan, where he developed a growth strategy and secured an $18 million funding platform used to acquire other telecom companies in the Midwest. Nationwide Communications became the largest privately held payphone company in North America. Mr. Tassoudji remained active in the telecom industry, chairing several panels and helping to establish regulatory guidelines and industry standards, until 2003 when he and his partners branched off to form one of the leading Wireless content licensing companies in the United States.
